New member, but have browsed for years. Finally built (well, had the Amish build) a new 32x40 pole barn with a 5" concrete floor, and 10' covered overhang.

Used 4,000 PSI fiber and wiremesh reinforced concrete. Its been almost 2 weeks since it was poured. Floor was power troweled and is quite smooth. I was nearly set on going with Ghostshield 4500 and 8510, but I recently read some issues with these and regrets over something more permanent. I know I DONT want to spend money on epoxy/poly floors. This will be a cold storage building - I am not planning to heat it, and it will be used to store the boat/trailer, Kubota L2501, attachments and ATVs. I will likely do some minor maintenance work in here, but will not be using it as a workshop.

For those of you who have had similar buildings - should I stay the course and continue with the 4500 and 8510? Seems like if/when I get leaks, it will end up sitting on the floor for awhile and bypass the sealer. Should I consider racedeck or something? Is there a better sealer I should look into? Or is all this overkill? Pic for attention lol
