Help me plan my Garage!

Hi all... I've been lurking around here off and on for quite a while, and have finally decided to take the plunge to build a new detached garage. I have spent some time doing some preliminary planning, and have come up with the following... your feedback is appreciated! Some background:

- my growing family is starting to require more space. My wife and I both work from home, so this build is largely necessitated by the need for an office / guest suite.

- Our lot is a decent size, with lane access to the rear. We wanted to orient the garage in such a way that we preserve a good sized yard.

- The house itself is nearing the end of its life. Therefore we need to build something that future owners (either us, or somebody else) will want to keep, while they replace the primary residence.

I've decided to site it like this:

This provides us with a 15' parking pad to the south, the lane to the east. The garage is 25x40

My proposed floorplan is as follows:

My plan is to make the office/suite somewhat temporary, hence the third garage bay. Eventually my plan is to make it my man-cave. I placed the bathroom where it is so that it doesn't restrict the depth of the eventual workshop & that will eventually go where the office is. I left space along the southernmost wall for the eventual workbench etc., as I don't think 25' is terribly deep for a garage (is it?).

Here's a mock-up rendering just for fun:

I'd love to hear any suggestions from the brain-trust here!
