Hi, I have been looking at selling my 03 cobra to pay for a down payment and get a house within the next year. I am a mechanic and wanting to open my open shop on the side since I am wanting to get into tuning. I am very interested in buying land a little outside of city limit's. I have been looking into steel factory mfg and building a metal garage with living quarter's. Has anyone had any good or bad reviews with this company? I have about a 100-125k limit. Anyone able to point me in the right direction? I have friends and family member's who are in construction. Which would help with the labor.
