Help: Mohawk System IA lift - stuck

Hoping someone with first hand expertise can help. Car has been on the lift for 2 months for some suspension work and storage. Went to take it down this morning and have a problem.
Go to raise the lift to release locks - pump side raises, but non-pump side will not raise. The release on the main cylinder will not lower the pump-side. So my car is stuck 6 feet in the air, off level. I have not touched the diverter valve as I have never used that function on a loaded lift.

Any advice as to next safe and logical steps?

thanks

Just to close this in case any searches in future. There is a separate diverter valve (pic - its the red metal box) near the main pump and lift/release switches. Purpose is to divert either all lift or release to the non-pump side. You pull down on the black knob on the bottom of it and while pulling it down to keep it diverted you then activate to raise (which was needed in my case) or main release valve to lower it. Using it immediately engaged the non-pump side and as soon as they were even I released the diverter valve and it functioned as normal. I equilibrated again at the top of lift as per mohawk standard instructions.
At least for this lift this is the method - not sure for others.
