Help My Garage Plan

HI, I want to build a free standing 3 or 4 car garage, with enough room for tools and working on the first floor. I want to put a lift in one bay that an pick up my dodge 1500. I would also like some room upstairs but thats not a deal breaker. Does anyone have designs for something like this? or suggestions? I appreciate it. Bob

Yup, everyone here will have an idea, or three. I started planning my garage here, several years ago, and am still finding ideas that I am incorporating. Start looking around and you'll find tips and advice for everything that you want to know about a garage.

I wish I knew how many nights I sat down at the computer to do something, but decided to look at the Garage Journal for "just a few minutes" and then went to bed at the end of the night without doing what I started to do. This is a great place, but it is easy to lose a lot of time here.
