The lock on my MB8200 bottom box it's stuck. I know the key is correct. In fact it locked the box a few days ago. Now the lock won't turn. Not even a lite. It's as if I have the wrong key but the key matches the number on the cylinder. I looked in the gaps between the drawers with a flashlight and it does not look like anything it's jamming it. Any ideas? At this point, I doubt things like drilling the lock would help as I think the mechanism must be jammed.

Empty the drawers and turn the box upside down. I know, but I doubt anything else will work short of outright destruction.

I get it ,Something could be jammed, happens once in a blue moon to my camper shell's single handle lock.
Problem was, how do you empty the drawers when it won't open.
Fortunately, I think... I hope I figured it out. If I jiggle the key, a lot, for like 5-10 minutes I can get the lock to turn. I ordered a new lock for it. Hopefully that will do it. They said the lock and broken top support were not covered under warranty, but they are replacing my bad ball bearing drawer slide for free.

I'm glad you are getting it fixed, i need to get a new lock for my shell, the key is worn enough i believe a nail file could open it up. Your thread had me think'n more about it.
