HELP Need Direction ON TANKLESS HEATERS

Hello out there,
Would anyone out there know if it would be possable to use a Natural Gas Tankless Hot Water Heater ( Bosch 1600P -NG Aqua Star 4.3GPM ) TO heat my 16ft. x20ft. garage.

I'm not sure what the demands are in Alberta. Here we heat 2000 sq. foot homes and supply domestic water with a single Rinnai R94. I'm not a big fan of the Bosche units.

Rinnai specifically excludes space heating with their water heaters in ANY closed loop application. You may use them in an open loop system, such as packaged with their air handlers. Other manufs allow this application, but Rinnai does not.
