Long story shorter:

Had a 3 car garage, walled off 1/3 of it for an insulated, air-conditioned workshop and now need help with a new door solution.

Currently has one human entry door; an old, spring-loaded, self-closing, "porch-style" door with a glass window on the upper half. Then next to that is the wall we built with 2 plexiglass windows about 1/3 of the way from the ground, going up to the ceiling.

What we WANT to do, is keep the general entry door for day to day use, but tear our the windows and framing in favor of some kind (any kind) of solution that will roll, slide or fold up (or to the side) to allow the motocycle to be brought in/out from time to time.

We called a few local "overhead" door companies and they have been rude in response, and won't even quote us. Needs to be as airtight as possible, and preferrably see-through to keep the light that the windows currently provide. Cannot open out (like a canopy door) as we will have cars parked next to wall. Any suggestions?

Wall: 104.5" wide x. 102" tall
Window section: 65.3" wide (both total ) x 102" tall

Why does it matter if it opens out??? if there is a car there you wont be bringing a motorcycle through.

I would just buy a really narrow garage door (roll up). I installed a six foot wide door for motorcycle access, works fine. A somewhat narrower door should work as well. As far as windows, just get a window section installed into the door.

FWIW: My ONLY access into my workshop is this single 6 foot wide door, no mandoor, or any other access. I dug out my crawl space, created a 900 sq ft workshop area, with a 6 foot wide garage door for access.

What about double exterior French doors? You could get a bike WITH sidecar through that.
