I have the Blackjack kit. My problem is that I'm getting older and it's getting more difficult to push the insertion tool with plug into the larger tires.

I get it. Pushing the needle can be a bear. I kind of like the idea, as it's just a plug needle in a .401 hammer. Because of that, it's an easy tool to make yourself, and if I did more plugs, I just might do that.

I already use a 1/8" carbide burr in a drill instead of the normal reamer, if I'm plugging at home.

Looks like n air chisel with a rope plug fork/ream on it

Why?

In a shop setting I'd hope for an internal patch/plug. Rope plugs are great for off-road to get you to a shop.

Well, after 5 plus years, I finally got the tire tool I've been looking for. Tried it out last night on a old tire and it works like a charm. Pumped tire up to 70 psi and no leaks. My son-in-law and my daughter went on a vacation to Taiwan and brought it back for me.

Perhaps if you call them, they can sell it as a separate piece, but I could only find it as part of a kit. Note - they appear to be in Georgia.

@ImportTuner - not sure if you are dead set on the impact hammer tool but I’ve been using this tool from slime lately with a Milwaukee Gen 3 Impact Driver on the 2 setting no issues.

Slime Drill Bit Tire Plug Set

Seems he bought one:
