Posted a thread a few days ago about my used Rotary SP09 lift install. My lift didn't come with pads so I bought them direct from Rotary. The problem now arises that these pads, which are supposed to be correct for this lift, do not work with the lift arms. I've been on the phone with Rotary and 2 other certified Rotary distributors and all confirmed the pads I bought are correct.

I now suspect the arm has been modified or is not even a Rotary arm. Can somebody confirm that this arm is not a Rotary lift arm...and if so...can it be identified?

Thanks in advance.

Rotary offers different vehicle contact options: flip-up adapters (which is what they sent you), round screw-up adapters, and truck adapters.

Based on your pictures, it appears you need either the round or truck adapters (depending on what vehicles you plan to lift).
