Help - New Reznor UDAS45 not staying lit

Just installed a new Reznor UDAS45. Converted from NatGas to LP. Checked supply pressure and at 11.2 W.C. Checked outlet pressure and it reads 9.5 during start up.

The ignition seems to stay on a long time. It lights but will not stay lit. Outlet pressure drops to zero.

Anybody got ideas?

The ignitor continues to stay active for the full 16 seconds (per spec) after the gas lights in a few seconds. Apparently the unit is not sensing the flame and shuts down the gas flow after 16 seconds as well.

How do I address this problem?

I'd call reznor and ask for tech support. I have a udas60 that is also converted from natgas to lp. It works perfectly. I had an issue when I first set it up that it would not keep running....the problem was I used a zvent II (part 2zvb04) special gas component backflow preventor adaptor on the exhaust and this put too much backpressure and shut the thing down. When I got rid of that (it is just a flapper door) all worked fine. The just a few months ago the fan motor died (actually seized up - I bought a new one, but also disassembled the old motor and oiled it and it seems fine now).

Was the heater bought online? Some manufacturers will not warranty products purchased online. Read the warranty paperwork carefully.
