I have had lifts in the past...all from Challanger...I am the type of guy it Has to be made in USA of USA parts...and the Challangers fit the bill. My first list was a 12,000lb 4 post. And the last shop I bought two of the 10K 2 post lifts for 2900ea ( painted the wrong color green) I need a lift and looking at 4 post 203" open front Rotary one...and this one

Fee Bay # 280966769458

It looks like to de-install this 3 car lift will run about 3k I think the guy will take 4k if the job is done right...my question is What is it? I can yeild 2 lifts out of this and parts from what I can tell. Anyone know if I can take this apart and sep. the units? With all the hassle is it worth it? There is no name on them...the hydro is prince ( I am lilking that ) but going thru all the hassle to end up with two of these vrs just buying a single rotory that is huge..ends up being about

man I dont know, he requires you to return the floor to prelift look, that seems very subjective to me, he could want the entire floor stripped and redone for more than the cost of the lifts. Only way I would do it is to make him get a quote for the work and pay that amount with a max liability of the quoted amount. If it gets pieced in, what happens if it doesnt match to his liking?

Unless you can really talk him down in price... pass....

Is he expecting for you to pay to clean up the floor under the lifts and touch up the epoxy and such? Seriously???

Thanks guys...that is what I was thinking...even if he gives me the lifts for 4k...it will end up being 8k with removal for two of them...I was also wondering if anyone has ever seen a lift set up like that and can you take them apart to use as a standalone lifts ( I know it will end up as two ) or is there no way?
