Check this out. I don't have better pics or details, yet.

Can anyone tell me about it?

Thanks, you guys rock!

It's a Wilton bullet that has had a hard life......The stationary jaw tower/ledge looks like it's missing some metal.....I'm guessing it's a 4" jaw width.....If you are contemplating buying it I would insist on better pictures of all sides and the base...

Thanks Hemi. What's it worth on this poor condition? Don't want to overpay but would like to have a Wilton...

Try finding one in better shape. This one has been through hell.

It will need machining and fabrication work to fix the stationary jaw. It's also missing a few of the smaller handles. This is just what I can see in the rather poor quality picture. Who knows what else is hiding inside.

Thanks! Is it worth 20 bucks? Maybe someone here would need parts or something?

Bogash,
IMO:
For 20$ it would be worth it for parts. Judging from the picture:
It looks like to me that the stationary jaw is broken more than just the ledge. Also, I think I see that the body is cracked.
However, the base, slide, nose spindle/handle, and maybe the nut would bring value. Also, looks like a Chicago Wilton.

Thanks guys! I'll probably pass since I have a working vise now and shipping anything off that would cost an arm and a leg!

Sometimes these vises can be brought back to life. I bought one that looked very similar for $20. Mine was missing both jaws and the previous owner(s) had been using it for decades like that. The cast iron ledges that were designed to hold the jaws in place were badly damaged. I machined these areas so that they were properly aligned again, and made a new set of jaws out of tool steel. See attached. I plan to paint it this summer. That vise would certainly be worth $20 for parts.

I had contacted what I believe is the same guy who has that vice on c'lsit over the weekend. He wanted $250 for the vise and $350 for the vise/table combination. I thought it was way over priced.
