Help on an old light

Picked up one of these shades at a tag sale yesterday and would like to get it working for the garage. Did a search on here and saw a few things, but didn't know if anyone had a quick and easy way to get a regular bulb in these and get em hung.

I would take a fender washer on the top and bottom of the hole and use lamp kit parts.

That's not rated for wet with that cardboard. The kit should have a porcelain mount to be correct.

Take it to the local electrical wholesaler and ask for some advice. He'll sell you the proper parts to make it a light.
