Hey guys, I am having troubles making final adjustments on my xpr-10a. the safety locks are sticking on non power side. I have been trying to adjust it and cant seem to get it to work. also the carriage arms dont want to seem to adjust evenly. any tips? I am about 1/4 inch off between the sides this maybe is the problem for the safety locks.

So just adding more tension won't allow the non-power side to release?

1/4" is nothing, mine rarely lifts evenly.

That's hilarious. Get it exact empty and it won't be loaded. Get it perfect w your Silverado and it won't be with your F350. And on and on and on.

But yeah, if you feel you need a professional installer, then yeah, you need a professional installer.

on non power side I had to loosen cable tension and grind on the lock a little bit to make it not stick. after taking a grinding wheel to the bottom edge and lubed it up more got it working perfectly.
