Help on Mystery Pliers

Found at a flea market. Thought it was cool, but I do not know what it might be used for. No maker marks anywhere, even after wire brushing and close inspection. Any help identifying would be appreciated. thanks

The photos aren't very clear, but if that's an anvil/hammer head and the jaws are smooth, they could be lasting pliers. The jaws are used to grab and stretch leather and the hammer would be used to tap in the nails. Or some similar kind of leather work.

I have a pair of unmarked parrot nose pliers. They are very similar to the first Channellock 410's, except they are just slip joint (no tongue & groove) & only 3 position. Would like to figure out who manufactured them.
