Help on this VERY OLD light please...

Hi, I'm a vise guy normally. Today i picked up a pre-1900 Athol vise from a very old shop. Bolted right next to it was this equally old light. The base has three dates stamped on it. Can anyone help me out on this? Possibly O.C. White (I hope). Paid $10 for it.

Well, I found out it IS an original O.C. White light, and VERY early. Turns out O.C. White was manufactured just 30 miles from me in Thorndike, MA.
