Hello All,
I am hopeful someone can point me in a direction for a floor type. There are quire a few options out there and may pros/con. I realize that there are many threads with suggestions. I've done a lot of reading. I am still unsure of the category of floor coverings that would fit my exact needs. Help would be appreciated.
First the garage. I am southeastern Wisconsin. The 3 car attached is about 10 years old. It has a drain in the center and all points pitch to this middle. The concrete is in good shape with the exception of a small 4" patch that looks like it was ground down by the previous owner for some reason. The depression is less than 1/8". It is very smooth and looks to be coated with a wet-look sealer. There are a couple small oil spots that will likely come up very easily. It is in generally very good shape but has some lighter/darker patches and some areas have a crazing in the sealer. All and all it is not bad, but could look better.
I will be heating the garage, but most times I intend to keep the stat at 35-40 degrees. I work out there once every other week and will increase the temperature with a 75 MBH Hot Dawg when I do.
I have two daily drivers. In Wisconsin this means that a good deal of salt and dirt come in with the cars in the winter. The third bay is for the garage queen and stays clean all year round.
I have a large shed out back, so the only things I will be working on is car related. Oil changes, light repair, and occasional performance mod. Jacks are used frequently. I occasionally wash the daily drivers in the garage in the winter time.
Whatever I do, I would like this to stay reasonably nice looking for some time. I like the epoxy look, but do not want to take chances flaking if this is a high potential. I would like to do this once any then done.
I have some good tile skills and a large wet saw. I am somewhat concerned with cracking and grout staining. I did my front porch with a quartz last year and no problems so far, but I have not done a garage yet.
I do travel fairly frequently and work longer hours, so my time is at somewhat a premium.
Anyone willing to throw their two cents in here.

Leave it and be happy?
I appreciate it.
