Help Putting a Date on a Vintage Walker Screw Jack (Ford branded)

I bought this old screw jack recently and I wanted to get some help putting a somewhat accurate date on it. I cleaned it up and looked it over and found that it's branded for Ford but manufactured by the Walker Manufacturing Company. The text on it says it's a No. 216. So far I've found this catalog where a similar jack labeled the No. 216B appears (page 22) but it's obviously not the Ford branded one. I can't seem to find anything further just from my own digging around so I wanted to ask some people who may know more than me.

Neat find.

I looked and found this.

This is a pic of a Ford jack and I assume it's the same as yours. The saddle?? on the top is different than the one in the catalog that you posted. So that maybe explains the "B"

Unfortunately that's not the exact one I have but that page does have pictures of one similar. The TT-17080 version looks almost identical to mine except mine only has one slot on each side instead of three.

It comes from an age of craftsmen. I'm sure somebody wanted another hole and they could change their dies and processes in a week and just carry on.

It was probably for the Model T XLT Platinum King Ranch model.
