Help: Spiralux rivet tool

While attempting to (unsuccessfully) rivet some webbing to a tool belt (to attach a tape loop to my tool pouch) I got the tail end of a rivet stuck in my Spiralux rivet gun (English made). Took it apart, and a small piece of steel measuring 19.55mm long, 4.2mm wide and 2.55 mm thick came from inside the barrel I believe.
Anyone have a diagram or can give me an idea of where this piece goes and how to get it back in place?

Thanks

Thanks, I will look at that this evening. It seems odd that they would use a piece of flat key stock rather than a round pin in that position.

It looks like it was punched out of a sheet, probably the cheapest way to make it, I would expect the side of the arm to be dimpled into the spring to retain on something made today, saving a part.
