Help to identify a tool set

Hi, guys. I found this set on an estate auction, it's marked "The Borg-Borman corp. waco tx" I could not find any info online about this company, it has different sizes "cylinders" that I assume slide inside a tube? some kind of cutter? and an electric motor, with a bunch of accessories in the original metal box. the is a paper that Says " This Threading unit has been inspected through all phases of its operation" but it does not look like a traditional threated machine?
Any information you can provide me would be greatly appreciated.

I Googled borg borman and nothing. Whatever it is its rare.

Looks like it says No. 01 on the motor and on the toolbox. Maybe there was never a No. 02? What else is written on the top of the toolbox?

Could you provide a measurement of the outer diameter of the cylinders? For example, what is the outer diameter of the cylinder marked "4"?

Sure here are some picture with dimensions, also I think in the top of the box says "nippler threader" but its blurry.
