help to identify and gauge value on this old winch

hey guys
my dad (who is in his 80s) asked me to identify and gauge the value of this chainsaw winch.
from internet searches best I can tell is it was made in the 70s from a company in Washington state named triway mfg. at a retail cost of 119.50

anyway does anyone know more about it, or what it's worth? it appears to be complete. dad said he used it many times to pull elk when hunting with his Stihl chainsaw (he was a timberfaller).

This is one of those things that isn't worth a whole lot until you need one. A chainsaw driven cathead winch is cool tho.
