Hello all! New here and new home owner! Anyways. I have an older 30x30x12 shop that has the "wavy" corrugated steel as siding. Waves are roughly 2-1/2" on center. I'm looking to add an enclosed lean-to on the back side of the shop for cold storage/garden shed for 4wheelers/zero turn and other various things that are taking up space in my shop. It will also be made out of matching corrugated steel for roof and siding. The issue I'm having though is figuring out how to make a weather tight (rain proof) transition from the "wavy" corrugation of the wall of the shop to the "wavy" corrugation of the roof of the lean-to. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Help! Transition from shed wall to lean-to roof

The only way to do this properly (no leaks) is to cut the wall siding at the point of the intersecting lean-to roof and install flashing that extends up the wall behind the siding several inches. There are flashing gaskets available that fill the valleys in the intersecting roofing corrugation, allowing the use of simple formed flashings.
Talk to your metal supplier and show them a sketch of what you are trying to do. They will have the right materials and advise on how to install it. I'd talk to a local metal supplier and not the big box stores. The local guys may even be less expensive in many cases.

have my lean to up tight to the eves. neighbor did the roof not sure if he did anything else up there but I do not get any water in the lean to.

The above is the best way.
The local shops also sell black rubber cut to match your tin profile. You can put it under the vertical leg of a largish flashing. Easier and nearly as good. (Put adhesive snow and ice under flashing if paranoid.)
Some roofs overhang enough that simple flashing that sorta fits is OK. Especially if lean to roof starts high on the wall. Lean to are often storing stuff that can stand a bit of weather.

You're looking for "roof to wall" flashing.
Manwithtools is right, cut the wall siding and install flashing behind the wall tin and above shed roof tin.
