Some nice gas station base cabinets would look good there. They are less common than the wall cabinets (tune up parts) but NAPA had them at least. You could put a wall cabinet down there too, they're thinner.

Urinal trough?
When I was an 18YO a friend who was 28 at the time had a urinal mounted in a corner of his garage, when I first saw it I thought "strange" but after many years of being friends and working on bikes, hot rods and race cars in that garage I saw the "true value" of that urinal many times especially in the winter season...

wait till you get some years on you too, it's even handier
I'm 65 years old now and am disabled by crippling arthritis, that urinal is 950 miles north of me. I don't do much work in my garage these days but my house is one level with a bathroom close by, a very private back yard just around the man door and no winters. I planned well for this...
When I first built my home and had the 3 harleys and a hot rod, I thought about installing one here for myself..:D

Yukon cabinet from HF is 18in deep, 37in tall & 46in long. Push it back against the wall & you'll still be able to use the entire top. (throw some fresh white paint on the wall first)

How long is the recess?
