I am need of some special roller chain and the first obvious place, the local farm supply doesn't have any and Mcmaster doesn't have it best I can tell and Grainger wasn't easily navigable. The chain looks like a standard single row 60 series chain but the rollers are .331dia. instead of the ansi .469 dia. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Could it be metric? Check with a motorcycle shop. I know there are some standard/ metrics that are semi-interchangable.

Are you sure you don't have 60-H (heavy)?

Just a shot in the dark.......How are you measuring the roller diameters? If by dial calipers make sure they aren't .020 off (this is what they jump when a piece of dirt gets into the gear rack) That would make it a standard chain at .312. (.331-.020= .311) And if per chance that would be it, then it would be a standard roller chain with the ANSI No. 40.

Or check out the Diamond Non-Standard Series http://www.diamondchain.com/files/Non_standard.pdf The Diamond 867 shows a roller diameter of .335

What is the pitch length of the chain? Measure center of pin to center of pin.

Typically, the size of the chain is stamped on a side link of the roller chain.

I have heard of over-sized rollers on roller chain, but not under-sized rollers.

Take a picture and post it.
