I just got this older air compressor from my father and cannot find any identification for it. No name, numbers or anything that I can find to id it. I would like to rebuild it so I need to find parts. All I could find was a capital "L" stamped on the pump, but that's it. Any help would be appreciated. It does have a Kingston Conley motor on it. My father has had it since the late 70s and we used it all of this time. I believe it still works fine but would like to freshen it up.

Yes, it is definitely a Brunner. There were some parts available from Atmosphair in Toronto. I cant promise you anything though. These are pretty robust and simple machines. You can usually find a way to fix them.
Any way to find year and model so I can find parts? No info on it which I find odd. I found the numbers 40 57 41 stamped on the crankcase but that's it. Some other numbers on the base of the head but not readable. Anywhere to go for actual pinpoint info?

It's hard to date a Brunner by eye since they all look like they were built around 1900. I thought they had casting dates on the crankcase but I guess I'm wrong. I dont think they changed much if at all during their production run. If it's on the original tank you can go by the badge welded to the tank. It will be nearly the same age as the pump.
Thank you for the info. It's been part of the family for more than 40 years and I would like to keep it going. Its pretty quiet and never built up too much heat so petfect for my needs. Are you solid about an a2000? Trying to find a matching picture but proving to be tough.

The heads and bearing cone at the back looks like the A2000 more than the others. Also, the bosses on the block for service valves seem to match. There was a small metal tag affixed under one of the cylinder block bolts with the model number on it when it left the factory but vanishingly few ever lasted long.
