Help with a old snap tool box

I need help I just bought this tool box from my boss. I want to fix the big drawer but my snap on dealer he is not helping at all. He doesn’t have any idea what serie is. I’m thinking it’s a kr661 but I’m not sure. I also want to remover the drawers in the end cap so I can get to the lock. I have not idea how to do it. The end cap it has a Phillips screw from the inside in every single drawer. I tried to take it off and lift it but that didn’t work. Anything would help thanks.

What's wrong with the big drawer? It should have a model number stamped on the back.

It keeps opening. The tape it’s what’s keeping it shut. Someone removed the sticker

Should be stamped into the metal on the back. Call snap on directly once you have the model number and they will know if there are parts available.

Maybe pull the drawer forward and then lift up?

Take out the drawer and look at the detents on the slide. You can buy new ones.
