Help with a Paint Sprayer

Picked this up from my MIL it has sat for 10 to 15 years. we got the nozzle and pickup tube opened up and cleaned and got it pumping water out and kind of spraying. It acts like it is not quite comming up to pressure like it should. the "tub" on the pump tower was half full of a goop oil/grease, and I am unsure what should be in there or what maintance I should do to it.

Help please, any knowledge would be great.

I've never seen one like that. I have to ask WTF?
I sell plenty of paint sprayers, from cheap homeowner units up to the pro models, but what the hell is all of that **** in there? The coils, the fan?

Is this a house paint sprayer or a car paint sprayer (turbine?)?

House/ industral, very old, FIL brought it home 10 to 15 years ago and it was old and very used then. it looks like the pump uses hydrolic oil for the up/down pump, the coils I assume cool that hydrolic oil.

What brand is it? IF you figure out the brand and model #; you could maybe find the manual for it online... my stepdad is a painting contractor; we used binks and graco airless paint sprayers...

No ideal on the brand all the tags are covered in paint.
