Help with a Part for Craftsman 150 Drill Press

I just picked up a Craftsman 150 drill press and started tear down for refurb. I am missing the base lock shoe. I can get the square head bolt from hardware store.
Can anyone post some pics with dimensions? I am guessing the one side has a recess for the bolt to sit in?

Try JZiggy. He is very familiar with those machines but he is not the guy I m thinking of.

Had some time today so gapped a piece cardboard, made a template and cut it out of 1 1/2". Should work fine!
