Help with a snap-on date code? Isn’t shown on date code chart. F 830 ratchet

Do any of you know or can you decipher this date code? Doesn’t seem to be shown on the date code chart. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Going to go with 1989, and the side leg wasn't stamped properly. These run from '85-'97? or so. Give or take.

I would say 1989, it’s just that the tail didn’t stamp out. Take a look at 86 and 88 too.

I believe the date code code should be down on the handle by the snap on script/part number

I’m going to guess ‘89 as well. All of my ‘88 stamped ratchets have the older style head with an insert for the logo. Also the era that the logo was being updated to the one we enjoy today.
