Help with adding pic's plz

Newbie here
I am trying to add pics to new thread.
I am having issues with pic not showing up on thread after it completes down load.
I tried searching for this topic so I wouldn't make some one repeat process as I'm sure it has been covered before but couldn't find anything.

Out of the thousands of "can't add a pic" threads you found none?

Are you trying to upload from a cell phone?

Are you using the manage uploads box?

First - resize your pic to 600X800 or it will not load.

Next option - save on a photo hosting site and link here

Next option - create an album here on GJ, and link from there.

Next option - use the manage uploads box - pic must be resized.
