Help with Air Compressor

I have this Pro Air 5.5hp 20gal air compressor that I got for free two years ago, I got it for free because it is missing a fitting and line, I'm wondering if anyone knows how I can fix it, or where I can get the fittings.

The line goes from the tank, into this.

It would appear all you are missing ia the pipe ****** that goes from the manifold/pressure switch assy, to the tank. Relatively easy fix, BUT you need to disconcert the wire that goes from the switch to the motor at one end or the other.

DON'T lose track of where each wire goes!

once disconnected, take the manifold assy to the hardware store and get about a 2-3 " long ****** for it. (likely 1/4 or 3/8" pipe)

Get some Teflon tape also unless you have some. tape the threads and screw the thin on fairly tight, and reconnect the wires. You should be ready to go.

dont forget the line for the unloader

Get 2 short *******, along with a union, and you will not have to detach any wiring, if this is a concern.

Google pipe union picture. A pipe ****** is simply a short piece of pipe threaded on both ends, under 6 inches in length. Screw a ****** into switch, one into tank, connect with union, without rotating switch.

An unloader bleeds air off the top of the compressor head for easier restarts. It would LIKELY go in the open brass fitting on the side of your switch, then to the top of the compressor unit. You might could find a parts diagram for your model on the net to get a better picture of how things are arranged on it, or someone with one like it could maybe post a pic for you.
