Help with an old Porter Cable circular saw

Hi,

This is my first post. I've been a lurker for a little bit. I came across an old looking Porter Cable circular saw. I've searched the internet for information but I haven't found much. I'm pretty sure it's not from the 50's based on what I saw in Porter Cable catalogs 101 and 104. I'm unclear about the 60's when Rockwell bought the company. I'm guessing 70's early 80's? It doesn't look like it's from the 90's. I've been focusing on the nameplate for a clue towards dating the saw. Anyways, here are two pictures.

I saw that Rockwell model and I thought that as well. It might be that my Porter Cable saw is a re-badged Rockwell from the very early sixties?

From what I've seen, it looked like after Rockwell bought Porter Cable, the Porter Cable tools were simply made with a Rockwell label, and possibly a grey brown paint color instead of a polished finish. Then after the Porter Cable name was brought back, the labels simply changed back to Porter Cable, although the ugly color seems to have continued to be used, later to be replaced by a more bluish grey.
