Help with anvil identification

My dad gifted me this anvil yesterday and i cant seem to make out what kind of make it is. It has a W right in front and a star on the side i didnt look all that hard but i couldnt see any other markings. Any insight appreciated!

I know nothing about anvils but i like to find one i just think they are sweet. Damn though Civil War Era, have you been able to date it yet? Value? Man thats awesome
