Help with Arbor press identification

Just picked up this Arbor press, all I know about it is it's big, it's blue and it weighs A LOT. can't seem to have any luck finding anybody that made it on Google. What do you guys think it's worth? It measures 32"tall and the opening for pressing is 18"

I think*? It's a good quality import. Maybe old Enco kind of brand. Edit: 930dreamer beat me. Good find.

I think that size is similar to my famco 21
