Help with buried compressor line

I am planning on mounting my compressor in my shed and then running lines to the garage for the air. I have been looking at the Maxline and like the idea, but I was concerned about not being able to put a drain at the lowest point of the run. I have seen the setups with the black steel pipe and drains done, but I don't have the tools to install the black steel pipe myself. Costs to have the black pipe done would probably double the cost.

Has anyone done drains that are buried with the Maxline, or if I have a filter off the compressor does it matter? It seems like with the temp changes, moisture would be an issue even with filters.

Thanks
Ryan

If you bury the line you will want to use galvanized pipe or some other corrosion resistant material. I think Maxline is aluminum so it should be fine. You will definitely have an issue with moisture as the buried line will be at least 20 degrees cooler than the air temp in the summer. You should be able to put a trap in the garage when you bring it in the to building that will let you bleed it off.

Bury below frost line. I got one under a plowed drive I need to be careful off and keep blown out in the winter. Its not really deep enough.
