Hello,
I need guidance on to approach this problem. There is this business with some human traffic weekly that has epoxy covered floors. We do standard mopping with microfiber pads using ph neutral, sometime squekyklean solution and it floors look better. However, the floor is old, many scratches, black marks, deeply seated dirt etc that does not come off with standard mopping. I was thinking to rent an equipment, maybe a 1500 buffer machine (not 175), or doodle mop along with red pads, not brush coarse pads, and clean it. Please see the pictures. Please advise how to approach this problem. Thank You.epoxy floor1.jpegepoxy floor5.jpegepoxy floor4.jpegepoxy floor3.jpegepoxy floor2.jpeg

It's time for a grind and re-finish. Buffing that will take more time that just refinishing and it won't look as good.

Or... Scuff/degloss with 175rpm floor maintainer/maroon ScotchBrite pad and apply a fresh coat of white tinted EnduraShield urethane...

You may be able to improve the cleaning with a floor maintainer but it won't remove everything. A few drops of Dawn dish soap in distilled water works pretty well.
