Help with coats 5040e repair

First time poster I hope this is in the correct spot. I have owned this coats 5040e for 13 or so years. I have rebuilt the bead breaker cylinder. But now I’ve had an issue with the clamp valve leaking air.. I replaced the o rings and the rod inside the valve. Now it seems to be leaking worse, it just blows air constantly from the little exhaust ports on bottom side of foot valve. Is this a valve issue or is it the tabletop piston? Thank you in advance

Does the bead cylinder have a plastic housing?
If so, my guess the housing is cracked. Don't think you can buy Just the housing.
I repaired a buddy's machine that is very similar about 7 years ago. I used 2 part plastic epoxy and it still has had no issues since.
$5 fix for an otherwise $350 part.

You have been in there before... open it up and find the actual leak.

Yesterday I rebuilt the table top cylinder, which is metal housing. It’s “better” in that it only leaks out of one of the little exhaust ports on bottom of foot valve instead of both and has more clamping pressure. I guess next move is to buy the foot valve
