Help with Color

I'm trying to decide what color to paint the inside of my garage. I was thinking of white or some sort of light grey. I want the lighting to really pop. I was also considering puting some sort of stripe in teh middle of the walls all around the garage. I was thinking a red stripe. Any opinions?

I did mine in a real light gray with darker gray trim. Problem is my wife liked it so much she now wants me to paint the inside the same.

If you want it too really pop get a really poping color.
