I'm going to put a 5 inch concrete floor in my shed. Discussing with concrete man and he suggested a pressure treated 2x6 against the 4x6 footer. He says it's against code to pour concrete against untreated wood. Not sure if footer is treated. I'd like the concrete to sit on lip of foundation to support it and he suggested 6 inch screws into footer sticking out to grip concrete. I thought of either aluminum or galvanized against footer or even sill foam and add 2x4 laying flat to build up height of concrete form. Also how would one trim osb? The studs are 2x8 and stick out from footer.
