help with continuity tester

Can anyone suggest a continuity tester with a loud buzzer or noise? Doesn't need to do anything else. Although taking standard leads might be nice as I like a clamp on one and a probe on the on the other. I have multi meters, but the noise is anemic, and I don't like to watch the meter.

A buzzer, yes. Thats what we used. Buzzer and a lantern battery.
