Hi all.
Came home to a long weekend to find the washing machine isn’t working. It’s a front load Electrolux, model EFLW317TIW1
My wife said that she was doing laundry as normal and the washing machine was not draining. It would finish the wash cycle and then not drain or spin. There is no noise when it is supposed to spin and drain water.
When it first happened my wife didn’t notice an error code. She tried running it again and an error code of E35 displayed.
I plan to pull apart the machine tomorrow to start at least to check the filter (on this model there is no access door to the filter) but am wondering if I can tell easily if it’s a electrical problem at the circuit board, the pump or the motor.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
