Help with floor tiles choice

After years of having a very small garage, I've just moved into a new house with a 21w x 20l garage with an additional storage/shop space attach to the far end of the garage that measures 21w x 8l. I am a 'car guy' so the plan is to make the garage good place to wrench in comfort.

My plan is to install some sort of tile flooring and then a 4 post lift (probably a Bendpak HD-9). The HD-9 does not need to be bolted down and where I live (in Northern California) it is recommended to leave unbolted due to seismic activity.

Specifically my questions are around what tiles to use. I want something that has some anti-fatigue properties, sound deadening, and is quiet -- I do not want a floor that is noisy when you walk on it.

Initially, I thought I wanted to go with these as they are fairly thick (6.5mm) and 'soft' but also very durable and can even handle the pressure of a floor jack. https://www.garageflooringinc.com/tiles/65-coin-flex-tiles.html

Then I saw these: http://racedeck.com/racedeck-products/circletrac/ which look similar, but I am unclear of the type of material they are made from.

And then what do I need to consider about drainage under the tiles?

Do I need to treat the floor somehow before I lay the tiles?

Take a look at our 4.5mm www.supratile.com. They are super well priced, SOLID PVC so they are quiet and offer some anti-fatigue. We sell them to car dealers and firehouses almost daily so they will be fine for your application.
