Help with garage floor issues

Fixing up a garage in a rental property I just purchased. One section of the floor has huge cracks and unevenness (see pictures). What are my options? I don't care much about aesthetics, just about making a relatively even surface that's safe to park on.

Just that area? Take up broken pieces and pour new from bags

Looks wet. And slightly sunken. Water under the slab?

Maybe remove the broken stuff and assess the base. You may need to do something with that if it has washed out. Then bags or site mix.

I agree, this is beyond repair. regardless to the area size.
