Help with Identification of old Vice needed

I’ve been searching many of the vintage Vice posts but I cannot find anything that matches my grandfathers Vice that I now have . He passed away 60 years ago so it’s got to be pretty old . Says made in USA but only other markings is 4-1043-5 . It has a 5in opening. Any help would be much appreciated.

I want to say Dunlap based on the color and the oval placement of the badge, but I can't find an exact match searching Dunlap vise images.

Nope. It's a Versa Vise.

Roberts210 , looks like you found it . I was googling 4-1943-5 instead of 4-1043-5 . Guess my eyes are going . Thanks for your help
