There were a few other sockets marked WALDEN in this box of an earlier style, so that makes sense too. There were also some of those STW marked sockets, also without COO, that I understand are also attributed to Walden. A few of the STW-type sockets didn't have any initials at all, only size marks, but they were clearly of the same make.
Wonder if the WW is a reference to Walden-Worcester, or just an artsy way of expressing the W.
It seems that the company was somewhat inconsistent in the markings on its tools.
