Help with Identifying

MY up loads may not work but it is a female drive 1/4" non reversable ratchet.

No marking at all

It's reversible, in that you push the insert through to the other side.
Is that a gearless roller ratchet? It looks like it originally had a plastic handle that is now missing.

I've seen similar ratchets for old hand winches and lashing winches, it may be one of those.

That's what I thought. Just wondering if any body has one complete. I have many similar in larger sizes.
