Help with Klein linesman dating

I’m stumped on th date of these pliers

Looking at the rivet I don’t think it’s old but that plain logo doesn’t show up on their dating chart

It was in the 1900. For some reason I am thinking it was 1907.

The contest winning pliers was mine from 1904. The second oldest was from 1907. I still grab every vintage Klein pliers I come across; since the contest I have not seen anything older than the 1916 pair described above.
