Help with lift and different garage size

Hey everyone I've been a reader on here for a long time but have never posted. I'm currently rebuilding my garage and I'm trying to fine tune it. The dilapidated garage I tore down was roughly 30w x 18d and with the layout of my lot the township said I had to stay within the existing footprint. The new garage will have a 18'x8' door centered on the 30' front and an 8' door on one end with 9'6" of ceiling height. I plan to use this garage mostly as a workshop as I do a fair amount of auto work on my own vehicles as well as some others. Soo, to my main question... I built the garage knowing that some type of a lift will be installed and I feel like I've narrowed them down after weeks of reading but I just like some of your opinions too. Because the depth of the garage is only 17' this mostly rules out a 2 post lift because I could never shut my garage door in the winter. This leaves me with either the atlas Kwik bay or a 4 post with castors. I looked into the max jax but I may be getting a truck that weighs over 6000 in the future. I felt set on the kik bay because it doesn't take up much space, has an open center, and makes a good work table when not used as a lift. Then I gave the 4 post a second look and thought I could put a vehicle on it and spin it with the casters so I could shut the door. Just looking for some opinions on my different setup. Thanks
