Help with machinist box

So I was at the local pawn shop and found this machinist box and was wondering if anybody might know the manufacture? The color is almost SK green but I think it is a little on the light side. Anyway the front panel is missing so I thought I would make up a new one, paint it and see about a decal if I new the maker.

I had a 2 drawer top chest by Waterloo that was the same color with the same drawer pulls.
The date code (1968) was stamped in the lower left corner of the top compartment .

Same layout as a Kennedy 520, if there are three on the right. What color is the inside of the box?

Kennedy had a green box but it was darker wasn't it?

The insides are black felt lined. Yes three drawers on right. As far as a date code goes I would have to remove the felt to have look for it, not sure I want to do that. Mine sure does look like the Union Steel Box though except for the color. The drawer pulls and center latch don't seem to be Kennedy. Thanks for the input, I knew you guys could help.

I agree Waterloo. I have the three drawer version of it. Is there any remnants of a round sticker on top under the top handle?

After looking further it appears that the box is a Waterloo JL70. I think they were made in the 50's. Thanks guys for your help and keeping me on the straight and narrow.
